Description As a Licensed Insurance Representative at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer inquiries and concerns. Skills • Active Adjuster Insurance License • Customer service experience preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Logical problem-solving abilities • Ability to type at least 25 wpm • Proficient in using desktop computer systems • Organizational and prioritization skills Responsibilities • Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements • Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims • De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary • Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes Qualifications • Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred • Must be over 18 years of age • High School Graduate or GED • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems Education Requirements • High School Graduate or GED Education Requirements Credential Category • High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Requirements • 6 months of customer service experience preferred Why work in Salt Lake City, UT Salt Lake City offers a unique blend of urban living and access to outdoor adventures.
