You’ll be responsible for managing tasks like inbox and calendar management, research, and executive support. Key Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient task management. • Utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks, optimize workflows, and enhance productivity. • Handle and prioritize email communications, responding on behalf of executives when necessary. • Conduct detailed research and provide comprehensive reports to support decision-making. • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. • Facilitate effective communication between executives, clients, and team members. • And more!
