What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create weekly reports to monitor address and new account number changes
- Initiate account changes associated with the new post office box
- Contact vendors to update addresses to the appropriate post office box
- Create status and summary reports for account representatives and clients
- Work overtime as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to established timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
