Post job requirements on various portals to attract qualified candidates. Coordinate with management to gather and provide feedback on candidate profiles. Follow up with candidates until their successful joining. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Desired Candidate Profiles: Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude and analytical thinking. Eligible candidates must fulfill the following criteria: Preference given to female candidates. Graduates from any discipline can apply (2021-2023). MBA, MSW, MHRM, and English Literature graduates are preferable. Candidates with backlogs or arrears are also eligible. Additional Job Details: Work schedule: Complete day shift. Location: Chennai. Work mode: Hybrid (both work from home and work from office). Interview process: Telephonic interviews followed by direct walk-ins.
