Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends and research to continually improve coaching techniques. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and trust with individuals to effectively guide them towards their goals. Empower and motivate individuals to take control of their health and make positive lifestyle changes. Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs for CVS Health employees and customers. Act as a positive role model for healthy habits and behaviors.
