Job Skills / Requirements Security officer operations assist with monitoring client facilities throughout Wisconsin, remote monitoring of critical infrastructure via CCTV, various access control systems as well as alarm monitoring. PSOC staff oversee access control as well as activate/deactivate access, provide intelligence gathering, threat assessments, physical security site surveys, risk assessments, incident reporting, notifying and interacting with local, state and federal agencies and more. Schedule: Part Time, Saturday and Sunday, 12 hour shift, $23/HR In This Role, You Will • Assist with the resolution of client issues and complaints. • Maintain, review and distribute required reports and records. • Wear and maintain appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as outlined for the position and follow all PPE policies and procedures. • As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management. What You’ll Need • High School Diploma or G.E.D • One year or more previous security/military/law enforcement experience and/or training • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record. • Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the State in which the branch operates. • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Internet skills required. • Must have experience in writing reports and correspondence. • Experience utilizing remote monitoring technology and CCTV a plus. • Experience utilizing access control systems is a plus. • Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization • Must be able to effectively work with people at all levels of the organization internally and externally. • Must be able to physically perform all Security Officer duties on all shifts. • Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
