One of our companies is currently looking for an AI Solution Architect in Anywhere.

We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead the integration of advanced artificial intelligence technologies into our existing technology stack. In this role, you will research, prototype, and implement AI tools that drive innovation and deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify impactful AI use cases and develop scalable, production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a passion for sharing knowledge by creating internal documentation, standards, and training programs. This position offers the chance to influence AI architecture and foster AI fluency across the organization.

Accountabilities

• Research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies including large language models, vector databases, and agent frameworks
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-powered features and solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities
• Define and establish best practices, internal standards, and frameworks for responsible AI development
• Lead workshops, mentor engineers, and promote AI education across teams
• Influence architectural decisions to ensure robust, cost-effective AI infrastructure
• Optimize AI model deployment strategies balancing cost and performance

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI-powered features with real business impact
• Hands-on expertise with leading AI tools such as LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector search (FAISS, Pinecone), and agent systems
• Strong programming skills in languages suited for AI development, especially Python
• Experience designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning or AI systems
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, prototyping rapidly with evolving tools
• Passion for documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring others
• Strong systems thinking and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Creative, pragmatic, and execution-focused mindset
• Startup experience is a strong plus
• Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds who demonstrate curiosity, drive, and purpose
