Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is (35.00 - )40.00/hour, reflecting the competitive salary we offer based on performance. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Assist clients with their questions regarding construction services, project timelines, and general company information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive experience
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Support the team in other administrative tasks as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills
