Empire Distributors – Pricing Coordinator/Data EntrySalary 18.50 hourly. Monday- Friday. No Nights/Weekends or Holidays. - Maintain and organize supplier price grids and approval emails
- Manage on/off-premise pricing and depletion allowances
- Publish and share price books
- Communicate pricing updates to the sales force
- Respond to pricing and deal inquiries
- Review and ensure accuracy of monthly chargeback accruals
- Investigate chargeback discrepancies
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
