Remote Medicare Agency Manager

A Multi-State Medicare-Focused Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced person to oversee the Remote sales staff of a fast-paced, rapidly-growing agency. The manager's pay will be based upon his or hers performance and experience in the Life, Health and Medicare Industry. Unlimited opportunity for the right individual who wants to work hard and put the time in. The ideal candidate will have an existing downline of agents and book of business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage insurance sales operations, focusing on Medicare products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including negotiations and presentations.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales administration and support efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly in Medicare products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to excel in outside sales and retail environments
• Proficiency in sales administration and analysis
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Familiarity with marketing, customer service, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience in benefits administration and telemarketing is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
