Virtual Assistant - Cleaning Company (Hourly pay + commission!)

You'll own the entire lead conversion process - from first contact to signed contract - while we focus on delivering exceptional cleaning services to property managers and commercial buildings across Houston.

• Experience in the home services (cleaning, landscaping, HVAC etc.) industry is a PLUS

Schedule & Expectations:

Part-time position (20-30 hours/week with growth potential)

Central Time Zone hours - Flexible between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Phone-heavy role - 60-70% of time spent on prospect calls and follow-ups
