Accounts Payable - Data Entry

DCX is hiring a Home-Based Accounts Payable / Data Entry Specialist to manage vendor payments, maintain accurate records, and provide essential financial support. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in financial reporting and invoice processing. Communication: Effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to investigate discrepancies and solve problems quickly. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting regulations and financial procedures. WHAT YOU WILL DO Process and verify invoices for timely payments. Maintain and update vendor records and databases. Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts. Coordinate payments via checks, ACH, or electronic transfers. Generate reports on payables, aging balances, and cash flow forecasts. Monitor expenses and recommend payment strategies. Address and resolve payment discrepancies or vendor issues. Perform ad hoc financial and administrative duties as needed. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years in accounts payable, accounting, or similar roles. Language: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. EST hours or Philippine night shift. Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) Accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar Familiarity with AP systems, payment processing, and account reconciliation CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
