Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to electrical and automation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry advancements in electrical and automation technology. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all electrical and automation projects. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Train and mentor team members on electrical and automation systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures. Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and automation equipment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and reports on project progress. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Act as a subject matter expert on electrical and automation systems within the organization.
