E-Commerce Integration Specialist – WooCommerce, Etsy, Gumroad, Printful/Printify, & Social Shops

WHO WE ARE

We’re a retro-themed digital and print brand preparing for a major launch. We need a technically capable, detail-focused freelancer to set up and integrate our e-commerce and fulfillment systems. This is a short-term, high-impact project focused on smooth backend alignment before we open the doors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll be connecting storefronts, fulfillment vendors, and social shops across platforms including WooCommerce, Etsy, Gumroad, Printful, Printify, TikTok Shop, Instagram/Facebook (Meta), and Pinterest.

SCOPE OF WORK

- Configure WooCommerce for digital + print-on-demand (POD) product handling

- Integrate Printful and Printify with WooCommerce

- Sync Etsy listings and fulfillment with Printful and Printify

- Ensure digital delivery is functioning on Etsy and Gumroad

-Configure or connect:

-- Pinterest (for tagging/product feeds)

-- Instagram Shopping

-- Facebook Commerce (Meta)

-- TikTok Shop

- Confirm Pixel/analytics tracking for Woo and Gumroad

- Recommend automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) if needed

- At project's end, you'll need to provide both:

-- A brief recorded walkthrough (screen share or Loom) of how the system works

-- A written quick-start document or checklist for future reference

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder

- Must have at least 3 hours/day of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrated experience with:

-- WooCommerce and WordPress setup

-- Etsy + Gumroad + Print-on-Demand product workflows

-- Printful and Printify integrations

-- Social commerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Pinterest)

--Analytics setup (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.)

Start: ASAP (week of April 17–20)

Must be completed by: COB April 29, 2025 HARD DATE

Estimated workload: 15–25 hours

Launch is May 1, so April 29 is a fixed completion date

BUDGET:

$40–$60/hour

Total estimate: $800–$1,200, depending on scope and speed
