We are seeking an experienced and reliable Amazon Listings Specialist to add to our team to support our operations!JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary role of this position will include data entry on specific items to be sold on Amazon. In addition to researching and finding data collection of parts and creating listings on Amazon Seller Central. Upon successfully completion of the probationary period and training for the role, you'll have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data collection and entry for assigned projects
• Create high quality Amazon Listings
• Share the workload of Amazon account health responsibilities with team
• Work to achieve team goals
• Oversee and review remote team's work
• Manage Brand Registry Listing in Brand Partnership Program
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES PREFERRED:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
• Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central
• Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files
• Attention to detail
• Disciplined & self-motivating work ethic
• Excellent time management & organization skills
• Reliable attendance & work history
• Must be able to multi-task & prioritize efficiently
• Ability to work independently the majority of the time
• Aftermarket automotive parts knowledge a plus, not required

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent

PAY: $16-18/hour based on experience/qualifications.HOURS: This is a full-time first shift hybrid position. Training schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. The first 90 days will be an intro period onsite for training, with equipment to work from home provided upon successful completion of training. Hybrid schedule will be 1 day at home 4 days in office per week for the 1st 30 days of Hybrid capability. Flexible to 2 at home days (with manager approval) following that 120 day mark.Toys For Trucks offers health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and a 401(k) with a company match for all of our full-time employees.
