- Carefully enter customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases.
- Double-check and correct any data inconsistencies, aiming for near-perfect accuracy on every entry.
- Organize incoming digital files-spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments and apply clear, consistent naming conventions.
- Communicate with colleagues through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify any unclear or missing data points.
- Run regular validation checks using our software tools to catch and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
- Offer ideas for improving workflows by identifying repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or streamlined procedures.
- Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong accuracy (an online typing test is welcome).
- Comfortable navigating cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to document issues clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-starter mindset with the discipline to stay focused and productive without constant supervision.
