- Handling employment law cases from intake through resolution
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
- Taking and defending depositions

- Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
- Assisting in trial preparation and, when appropriate, serving as second chair at trial
- Active California Bar membership
- 1–5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and work within a team
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
