Responsibilities:

• Ensure all expenses comply with university travel policies and guidelines
• Liaise with staff to address any discrepancies or missing information
• Handle confidential information and maintain secure systems
• Support the preparation of reports and the management of travel expenditure records
• Aid the Senior Travel Assistant with special projects or urgent tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in expenses and reimbursements required
• Excellent attention to detail and relevant administrative experience
