Job description: Job Description:Distributor Compensation Analyst will be responsible for paying commissions and bonuses timely and accurately on business produced through all distribution channels for Life and Retirement. The Distributor Compensation Analyst needs to communicate effectively with Agents, Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Management and Administrative Staff. - Providing effective communication to agents, Regional Vice Presidents, marketing, and management
- Responding to questions by explaining the calculation and payment of commissions according to the type of agent contract

- Ability to apply basic algebraic concepts in the calculation of commissions and production credits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
