Job description: Company’s IAM centralized services operate and secure identity and access management functions across many of company’s high risk and mission critical systems.
The Windows Analyst, IAM Services Assurance will work closely with IAM Service Assurance Active Directory Security Lead to review and remediate as appropriate local Windows access that does not comply with company standards.Essential Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will require an in-depth knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Remote Desktop (RDP).Specifically:
- Ability to analyze local accounts and groups to determine appropriate level of access based on company’s standards. This would include review of Windows built-ins and direct local access permissions to ensure compliance with company standards and practices
- Collaborate with account/group owners and application owners to remediate findings that do not meet company’s standards and minimize system impact
- Familiar with Service Now (SN) for ticket creation
- BS/BA in Computer Science / other technical degree or Business Management and 5 years of IT experience or in lieu of degree High School Diploma/GED and 5-7 years of IT experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows including Active Directory
- Experience using RDP
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer experience.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and can-do attitude with the flexibility to change directions quickly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and ServiceNow
- Good MS Excel skills preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow through to resolution.
- Strong analytical and clear-thinking skills
