Communities, schools, and workplaces also turn to Riverside when faced with the emotional aftermath of tragic events or on suicide prevention.We are seeking an energetic Medication Administration Program (MAP) Trainer to join our Human Resources Team!The MAP Trainer will:
  • provide MAP trainings throughout the organization
  • work with the Training Department, Riverside’s Nursing Team, and the Manager of MAP to improve efficiencies and passing rates within the training processes
  • in addition to classroom and virtual trainings, provide onsite program trainings as needed and will collaborate with the organization’s nursing team to ensure the program nurses are equipped to support employees in following proper MAP practices so to provide continuous quality care
  • Serves as consultant to Riverside for MAP issues.
  • Available to answer questions from programs as a MAP Consultant in compliance with MAP regulations.

If hired without an approved MAP TTT status, candidate must complete all components of the MAP TTT Program within three months of hire *Must be knowledgeable, and remain current, of MDPH MAP regulations, Policies, Advisories, approved training and testing materials, and other changes as determined by MDPHRequired Experience*Massachusetts licensed Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Pharmacist, or Physician *Minimum 1 year of experience in their profession
  • Experience working within the D&S Diversified Technologies Massachusetts MAP Testing and Registry site preferred
