Job title: Patient Insurance/Collections Representative in Dallas, TX at Actalent Company: Actalent Job description: Patient Insurance/Collections Representative needed in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX!Must be located in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex!Remote PositionDescription:

• Working with EMR systems
• Knowledge of Medical Billing
• Knowledgeable of different insurance types (HMO/PPO/ etc.)
• Calling patients to collect payments
• Diagnosing issues in Billing for patient in bound calls
• Other duties as needed

Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM M-FPay: 24.00 USD HourlyQualifications:

• 2+ years of Experience in Medical Billing and Patient Call Center Experience
• Patient Collections experience is a must
• Experience with call de-escalation

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
