This is a primarily remote role, but candidates must be local to the Akron, OH area and available for onsite work as needed. There is a possibility for this position to transition from contract to hire.Pay Rate: $40.01 /HrLocation: Akron, OH (Remote)Shift: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM - 05:00 PMType: Temp to hireResponsibilities:Coordinating and leading project meetings with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Managing scope, cost, and schedule changes, ensuring thorough documentation.Communicating project expectations and statuses effectively to both external customers and internal teams.Coordinating the performance of agreements by all involved parties.Reviewing studies, agreements, and scope changes for accuracy and completeness.Maintaining accurate project status within the department's project database.Making sound decisions by evaluating options and providing clear recommendations.Anticipating and meeting internal and external customer needs, always with a focus on satisfaction.Assisting management and coworkers by following well-defined practices and procedures.Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of your work.Conducting business-specific research, gathering data, and compiling comprehensive reports and summaries.Actively seeking out learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of procedures.Developing effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization.Establishing a strong foundation in company policies, practices, and procedures.Minimum Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.A minimum of 3-7 years of professional work experience is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.Knowledge of basic research techniques.Ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines.Basic communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.Effective time management skills.Why Work with Adecco?Payday every Friday.Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy.Potential for permanent hire with the client.Dedicated onboarding specialist.This position is managed by one of Adecco's National Recruitment Teams, not your local branch.
