• 5+ years of experience providing IT support
• Experience working in a customer facing environment
• Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -$51,600to$92,760based on a full-time schedule.Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California:$56,640to$111,360Colorado: $51,600to$92,760New York City: $61,800to$111,360Washington: $56,640to$102,000Washington DC:$56,640to$102,000This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
