Job title: SAP FICO Funct/Techno Consultant in USA at Mako Professionals Company: Mako Professionals Job description: Start - ASAPDuration 6 Months+Interviews - ASAPSchedule RemoteProject Overview S/4HANA Greenfield ImplementationA Greenfield SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementation is underway, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and following SAP Best Practices using the SAP Activate methodology. The project began on February 26, 2025, and is expected to continue through February 2026, including Hypercare. The work is primarily remote, with 4 6 onsite weeks planned (with 30-day advance notice).The delivery team is responsible for implementation, testing, and training of 202 SAP SIDs, while all other project elements are managed by the customer. The implementation team is structured into three functional teams, a technical team, and an analytics team focusing on SAP Analytics Cloud.Each consultant is assigned a clear area of responsibility based on their SAP functional expertise.General Project StandardsAll consultants are expected to follow these guidelines to ensure consistent and effective collaboration with the client:Punctuality: Be on time for meetings; notify the organizer via Teams or email if delayed.Preparedness: Organizers are responsible for meeting agendas and materials.Active Teams Chat: Be available during project hours with a 10-minute response time.Camera Ready: Consultants must use cameras during formal Teams meetings and wear professional attire (e.g., collared shirt).Out of Office: Notify the Program Manager or Executive of time off or unavailability in advance.Functional ResponsibilitiesConsultants are assigned to one or more of the following functional areas:TaxFinanceControlling (CO)CO/PA (Profitability Analysis)Transactional AccountingBankingOrganizational StructuresWithin their assigned area(s), consultants are responsible for:Assessing existing customer capabilities in relation to S/4HANA usefulness.Identifying and functionally describing RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).Evaluating and categorizing customer Master Data (e.g., Useful, Useful with Modification, Un-useful, or Missing).Supporting the customer Master Data team in defining Master Data requirements.Leading and executing functional workshops.Designing, developing, testing, and training SAP SIDs in their area of responsibility.
