In this role, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that sit at the intersection of platform infrastructure, partner integrations, advertising automation, and emerging commerce channels like TikTok Shop.You'll collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, sales, customer success, andoperations to shape the future of how our customers experience and extract value from theTeikametrics platform. This is a highly visible role, ideal for a product leader who can operateacross APIs, ecosystems, and internal systems, all while maintaining a sharp focus on customervalue and business outcomes. nWhat You'll Own:
  • Platform evolution & packaging:
  • Define and deliver changes to how we price, package, and expose platform capabilities
  • across tiers (Essentials, Advanced, Enterprise).
API partner management:
  • Own key relationships and integration strategy across external marketplace APIs
  • (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok). Manage technical collaboration, documentation
  • requirements, and integration timelines to ensure seamless feature delivery.
Advertising & commerce automation:
  • Contribute to roadmap planning for automation features like Smart Campaigns, bundling
  • logic, keyword recommendations, and performance forecasting - with an eye toward
  • scale and usability.
TikTok Shop tooling & creator enablement:
  • Help shape our TikTok product experience - including creator discovery, affiliate
  • content tracking, SKU-level recommendations, and monetization tooling for brands.
Internal systems & enablement:
  • Ensure product changes are reflected correctly across systems like billing, Salesforce,
  • onboarding, and internal reporting.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally at a SaaS, eCommerce, or
  • AdTech company.
  • Knows how to translate abstract strategy into focused product specs and user stories.
  • Has experience working with cross-functional teams and is comfortable owning roadmap
  • execution.
  • Is proactive, scrappy, and eager to move fast - but not at the expense of breaking
  • critical workflows.
  • Understands or has curiosity around marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok
  • Shop) and the role of creators and brands in modern commerce.
  • Is comfortable managing projects with cross-functional dependencies, including billing
  • systems, CRM (Salesforce), and support tooling.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with advertising tech, AI/ML tools, or marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with pricing and packaging for SaaS or tiered service products.
  • Previous exposure to creator economy tools, affiliate commerce, or TikTok Ads.
