The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats—supporting both business operations and light personal tasks.Responsibilities Include:Assisting with candidate outreach and scheduling virtual interviewsManaging email communications on behalf of the agency ownerReturning phone calls and handling follow-ups professionallyLight organization of the owner's apartment and home officeRunning occasional personal errands nearbyRequirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable with basic technology (email, scheduling tools, Zoom, etc.)Discreet, trustworthy, and organizedPrior experience as a personal or executive assistant preferred, but not requiredThis is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced recruiter and gain behind-the-scenes exposure to the recruiting industry.Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: Location: New York City, NY Apply for the job now!
