You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing support to both our patients and dental team.Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using our electronic scheduling system- Provide accurate information about our services, fees, and insurance coverage to patients- Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth flow of operations- Make outbound calls to follow up with patients, confirm appointments, and gather feedback on their experience- Maintain a high level of customer service, actively listening to patient needs and addressing them promptly and efficiently- Keep accurate records of patient interactions and employ effective documentation procedures- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targetsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic scheduling software- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and support our mission of accessible and affordable dental care for all Expected salary: Location: Milwaukee, WI Apply for the job now!
