Job title: Operations Clerk-III in USA at ExcelGens, Inc. Company: ExcelGens, Inc. Job description: Operations Clerk Remote - PST or MST Preferred Hours: M-F 11am to 8pm PST (2nd shift PST) This position will be expected to perform administrative tasks to support the Dasher Transformation Strategy & Operations team. DoorDash is working with various 3rd party entrepreneurs to operate a Local Commerce Service Partner ("LCSP"). These Partners have hired their own fleet of W2 drivers to deliver DoorDash orders. The LCSP Partners and their fleet are located throughout Alabama, California, Missouri, Oregon, and Texas. The Operations Clerk will help to support the Dasher Transformation S&O team drive this initiative by doing the following: - Update LCSP's onboarding tracker with the Background Check results - Create Dasher profiles for the LCSP's new hires - Offboarding terminated LCSP employees - Review and investigate potential delivery issues to help us better understand the cause - Assisting the LCSP with driver dispatching in the DoorDash portal Detailed instructions will be provided to the Operations Clerk so they can fulfill each of these activities.
