We're a fast-growing fitness and wellness company with 200+ employees and 15 managers, operating a network of gyms, an athletic clubs with 19,500 members, and expanding into high-growth areas like pickleball, PT Training, peptides, and wellness. We're looking for an experienced AI & Chat GPT Trainer to lead hands-on workshops and coach our leadership and staff on how to integrate AI tools across operations, marketing, customer service, and more.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver tailored training sessions to managers and front-line staff on ChatGPT and AI-driven tools
- Identify high-impact use cases where AI can save time, enhance member experience, or drive revenue
- Build simple, reusable SOPs, prompt templates, and AI use guides for different departments
- Coach our executive team on using AI to support decision-making, reporting, and innovation
- Support the adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, and other automation platforms
- Ensure best practices around data privacy, prompt design, and ethical AI usage
- Demonstrated experience training or consulting businesses on AI and ChatGPT (corporate or agency experience preferred)
- Ability to translate complex AI tools into everyday business use cases
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a teaching mindset
- Experience with service-based industries or customer-facing teams is a strong plus
- Bonus: Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or recreation sector
- Starting Wage: $20 to $30/hr depending on experience)
