Built on our Pillars of Excellence, we are committed to creating a supportive work environment where our team members are recognized, valued, and empowered to provide exceptional experiences for our residents.We’re currently looking for a Business Office Manager to join our team!Why You’ll Love Working With Us:Competitive payFlexible scheduling options (full-time & part-time)Access to earned wages before paydayPaid time off and holidays (for full-time)Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life & disability) for full-time employees401(k) with employer matchPaid training and growth opportunitiesComplimentary meals and uniformsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Key Responsibilities:Manage resident billing, including move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and ancillary chargesOversee cash controls and ensure timely deposits and petty cash proceduresMaintain daily operational cashbooks and prepare monthly bank reconciliationsMonitor accounts payable and ensure accurate departmental expense trackingCoordinate payroll processing and employee benefitsPrepare journal entries and maintain balance sheet schedulesReview monthly financial statements and prepare management reportsMaintain accurate files for residents, team members, vendors, and financial recordsAddress resident billing and collections questionsManage Human Resources functions including new hire orientation and paperworkOversee team scheduling for Concierge staff and track open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure compliance with financial reporting for Health Center residentsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 1 year of accounting experienceORAssociate’s degree in Accounting with 2–3 years of related experienceExperience in senior living or healthcare setting preferred but not requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environmentIf you're looking for a meaningful career where you can have a direct impact on the lives of others, we invite you to apply and join our amazing team today!No agencies, please.
