Job DescriptionWhat you will do:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
- Provide expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring SymphonyAI remains an employer of choice.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights, making data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Partner with managers and leaders to identify and address workforce development needs, building a robust leadership pipeline.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
- Act as a change agent in driving talent strategies and organizational development initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Strong business acumen with significant experience in HR strategy and execution within a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing innovative HR solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS company is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
