Telemedicine Doctor

We are seeking junior medical doctors to provide virtual consultations through our telemedicine platform.​ This role sits in our clinical team to provide excellent medical care to our patients virtually. The ideal role holder will be an individual comfortable with providing adequate and delightful care to patients of all ages, and at all levels of health literacy and has an interest in driving ongoing innovations in improving primary care delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients. 

• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions. 

• Review patient history, educate patients, offer medical advice, and write e-prescriptions as needed and in accordance with established protocols. 

• Ensure timely and professional patient communication. 

• Maintain high patient satisfaction and documentation quality. 

• Flag red flag cases or emergencies appropriately.​ 

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution. 
• Valid medical license to practice in Senegal. 
• 1 – 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, family medicine, or general practice. 
• Have access to a mobile device (android or apple) and stable internet.
