Senior QA Engineer
Our customer is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join their quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing processes, vast experience in API testing, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

Requirements
- + 6 years of experience in API testing (manual & automation is a plus)
- Testing tools experience (Postman, DevTools, Fiddler/Charles Proxy, Swagger)
- Hands-on experience in API automation using tools like RestAssured, Cypress, or Playwright
- Proven experience creating and executing test cases, logging defects, and working with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Logs & metrics (DataDog, Sentry, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT).
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing environments
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Perform Functional and non-functional testing
- Perform comprehensive manual API testing Develop, update, and maintain test cases and test plans
- Perform testing beyond APIs, including UI, integrations, and other relevant areas based on project needs
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies
- Investigate and report issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of API testing frameworks
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met
