This is a 1099 Commission Based Must have physician recruiting experience Prefer experience in Texas We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various healthcare positions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization has the right professionals to deliver high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and be adept at utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms. Duties
- Conduct talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for healthcare roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to employee orientation.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers
- Perform employee evaluations to assess fit and performance potential.
- Engage in cold calling to reach passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience placing healthcare professionals (clinical or non-clinical) in Texas
- Existing independent recruiter status (1099)
- Strong sourcing, vetting, and relationship-building skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and responsive communicator
- Ready to hit the ground running with open positions
- Have necessary sourcing tools
- Jobs will be handed over with expectation of updates every other day.
