About Brand My Bag Brand My Bag is a growing custom packaging company specializing in Mylar bags, printed pouches, and branded containers for the cannabis, food, and retail industries. We help our clients stand out with high-quality, compliant packaging and fast, reliable service. Position Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our production and operations team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers after a sale is made—tracking jobs from order placement to delivery and ensuring all questions and concerns are promptly addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from sale through production to final delivery
  • Track and update the status of jobs using internal systems and production software
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines, artwork, revisions, and shipping
  • Communicate order details between the sales and production teams to ensure accuracy
  • Proactively follow up with customers throughout the process to provide updates and maintain satisfaction
  • Resolve issues or escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, order management, and workflow tracking software

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, order coordination, or production support preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active orders at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems
  • Familiarity with print production or packaging is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
