Barista (part-time)
Qualifications
- Strong interest in coffee and a desire to grow within our new company
- Able to work independently
- Outgoing and personable - enjoy interacting with guests
- Strong communication skills
- 1+ year experience as a coffee barista is required
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Bloom Cafe brand to all customers
- Greet all guests entering the store
- Prepare and serve coffee, other beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards and training protocols
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area
- Perform opening and closing duties, as listed
- Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products
