Job Summary of Management Associate: A short term, entry level position called Management Associate prepares a worker for a more senior supervisory position like Shift Supervisor or Operations Supervisor. In addition to completing basic operations and management skills training and learning about important business aspects (like fostering customer loyalty through outstanding service) and CVS/pharmacy culture, the shift supervisor trainee completes tasks as assigned in order to get ready for future supervisory responsibilities. Management Associate can apply for promotions to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions after successfully completing the training program. By emphasising exceptional customer care, these crucial leadership positions help the CVS Store Management team improve store performance and execution while fostering customer loyalty to CVS and the drugstore. Responsibilities for Management Associate:

• Work closely with store leadership and staff members to maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Oversee the store team by delegating responsibilities, guiding actions, and monitoring the completion of all tasks
• Strengthen information transfer between store management and crews
• Administer all customer interaction concerns in compliance with company policies and advance a pleasant shopping experience for CVS customers
