About Us: Fundmates is a fintech platform for YouTube creators in the US, where creators raise funds to grow their channels and businesses. A creator joins our platform, secures funding, invests in content, team, or hiring, and starts scaling. Dozens of new creators join us every month, we've raised $30m+ to help creators grow faster by getting access to the capital.As an Influencer Manager, we expect you to have a strong, established network within the YouTube community and the ability to connect us with creators you’ve worked with. By leveraging your personal connections, you’ll help YouTubers accelerate their growth through access to capital, while earning an attractive commission for every successful deal. This is a unique opportunity to monetize your network and play a pivotal role in helping creators achieve their goals. What You’ll Do:

• Find among your network YouTube creators generating a minimum annual revenue of $100,000
• Engage YouTube creators from your network, introduce them to our funding opportunities, and facilitate partnerships.
• Act as a bridge between our company and creators, helping them grow and maximize their earnings.

We understand the value of your time, which is why we don’t expect a heavy time commitment. Our current Influencer Managers typically spend just 2–5 hours per week introducing their YouTuber contacts to our platform. It’s a straightforward way to leverage your network and earn commissions while helping creators access the funding they need to grow. What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with YouTube creators or in the influencer industry on the US market.
• A broad and well-established personal network among YouTube creators (100–200 contacts you’ve worked with).
• A strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, including monetization strategies, channel growth, and creator needs.
• The ability to build long-term relationships and present valuable opportunities to creators.
