Financial Professional (Full Training Provided) - Work From Home
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our financial services team as an Entry Level Financial Professional/Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice and services to clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals, needs, and concerns
- Develop and implement financial plans tailored to each client's individual needs
- Educate individuals on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and other financial products and services
- Analyze market trends and provide regular updates to clients on their investment portfolios
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
Compensation:
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- 1099 commission only
