Replenishment Analyst, Walmart/Sam's Club (Arkansas based)

Overview of the day-to-day

• Create monthly demand plan with sales team to ensure assumptions are validated and unresolved issues are escalated appropriately
• Communicate with customers replenishment teams to resolve issues and take advantage of opportunities
• Influence key business partners by leveraging data to develop the best in class forecast
• Monitor shipment performance versus the item level forecast and determine root-cause to improve accuracy
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Participate in process improvement projects as it relates to forecasting

• Comfortable working with large sets of data and transforming this data into critical information and insight to support business decisions
• Demonstrated track record of achieving goals
• Strong strategic and tactical skills and an ability to solve problems and set priorities
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to adjust style to effectively interact with external customers and internal cross functional team members
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience which could include sales planning, production scheduling/operations planning, and/or demand planning & forecasting
• Prior experience working with a CPG or retailor in a similar function or setting (ideally with Walmart/Sam's Club)
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge related to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Advanced Excel knowledge

Notes:

• This is a remote role based out of Arkansas
• This role will pay between $75,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience + a 15% bonus
