Schools - Special Education Teacher - Telehealth
Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. (Fully Remote) Special Education Teacher in South Carolina for 2025-2026 VocoVision is starting to work with schools in South Carolina to schedule interviews for a fully remote Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year.With VocoVision, you will be treated as an independent 1099 contractor, meaning youll have flexibility in your personal schedule and finances to provide remote services. - Contract:1099 independent contracting structure
- Hours: Full-time hours (35-40 hours), including indirect time
- Platform: We work withZoom Plus application (HIPAA/FERPA compliant)
- Rate:$28-35/hour, depending on experience
- Caseload: K-12 students consisting of behavior needs
Requirements
- Degree:At least a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related degrees (preferred Master's Degree in Education)
- Certification:South Carolina state certification for Special Education
- Experience: Past SPED teaching experience, with remote experience preferred
- Set Up: Home computer with camera and microphone functions with strong internet connection, capable of running Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Requirements
- Provide online instruction for students with IEPs.
- Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with onsite staff and faculty to support student needs.
- Facilitate in virtual IEP meetings with family and faculty members.
