Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all special education documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulations. ? Engage in Professional Development: Participate in training and resources to refine teaching strategies and stay informed about the latest in special education. Qualifications ? Education: Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Certification: Valid teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement. ? Experience: At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience in special education. ? Technical Skills: Proficiency in using educational technology and virtual learning platforms. ? Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail. ?
