Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Online Early Education Consultant to partner directly with our CEO in building a robust, scalable online program tailored to families and young learners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep background in educational leadership, eager to make a high-level impact in a flexible, creative, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop strategic planning for our new online early childhood education program
• Design and oversee project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones
• Hire, onboard, and manage a cross-functional project team based on evolving needs
• Set and monitor the program budget in collaboration with executive leadership
• Build internal structures for team management, operations, and accountability
• Guide the creation of curriculum frameworks and educational content
• Identify, test, and implement effective online sales channels and marketing pathways

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a managerial or executive position in the early education sector
• Proven experience with program development, budgeting, and team leadership
• Strong familiarity with early learning standards and digital education platforms
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote setting
• Retired or former superintendents, principals, and early education executives are encouraged to apply
