Job Responsibilities: Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication. Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume and conversion rates. Develop product offers and lead magnets. Produce weekly, and monthly reports and statistics. Handle sales calls and convert them into paid members Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates. Available to work full time on Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, US CST, except for Wednesdays, which is from 6:30am to 3:00pm. Have at least 6 hours of electrical power backup and Internet backup systems. Can conduct learning-by-doing, which requires growth mindset, instead of ego driven mindset.
