Sales Associate ( B2B Saas - Commission + Base Pay)

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and healthcare, who enjoy building strong client relationships and want uncapped earning potential in a flexible, remote work environment.
Compensation
Structure
- First 3 Months: 100% commission-based (10–20% of product price + performance bonuses).
- After 3 Months: Eligibility for a monthly base salary of ₹45,000–₹50,000, based on successful achievement of assigned sales targets during the initial probationary period.
- Continued performance-based bonuses: monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives.
- Uncapped earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn!
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to healthcare professionals, practices, and organizations in need of credentialing services (e.g., Insurance, CAQH, NPI).
- Prospect clients seeking healthcare or counseling services through our intuitive platform.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of commission-based sales experience, preferably in Healthcare, Insurance, or B2B.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools.
- Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
