About the position As a Virtual Receptionist at Ring Savvy Inc., your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls for law offices and other businesses, ensuring a polite and professional demeanor at all times. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service to callers by taking messages and relaying them appropriately and promptly. You will be part of a 24/7/365 operation, which means flexibility in your schedule is essential. The company is currently seeking candidates who can commit to full-time availability, although part-time options are also available. In this position, you will be expected to demonstrate strong typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 45 words per minute. Additionally, interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and a professional attitude are vital for success in this role. You will also need to be organized, manage your time effectively, and possess a good level of computer literacy and telephone etiquette. While no prior call center experience is necessary, the company is willing to train suitable candidates who show the right attitude and skills. The compensation for this role starts at $16 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
