YouTube Strategist Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time

Our client, a premier skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics brand based in San Diego, CA is seeking a strategic and creative YouTube Strategist to enhance their online presence, drive organic viewership, and build a strong connection with their community.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored YouTube strategy to enhance brand visibility and organic growth Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team and founder to produce one engaging video per week that aligns with brand messaging and audience interests Industry Expertise: Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices within the skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics industries Thought Leadership: Identify opportunities to position the brand as a thought leader in the space, leveraging unique storytelling and insights Consultation: Provide guidance on video themes, topics, and optimization techniques to maximize reach and engagement Analytics: Analyze video performance metrics and refine strategies to meet growth objectives Editing (Plus, but not required): Edit videos for a polished, professional finish—proficiency with video editing software is a significant plus

Qualifications

Proven experience in YouTube content strategy, creation, or consultancy, ideally within the skincare, wellness, or aesthetics industries Deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm, analytics, and organic growth strategies Strong collaboration skills Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities Video editing skills are a major plus Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on a part-time schedule Compensation: $50-$80/hour (dependent on experience) Apply Job!
