The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: ? Enter and update data into company databases and client records with high accuracy. ? Verify and correct data discrepancies. ? Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. ? Organize and manage electronic files and records. ? Assist with document management and administrative support tasks. ? Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data integrity. ? Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; associate?s or bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field. ? Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ?
