Account Representative - Fully Remote

This is a fully remote part-time position Compensation: Base Hourly Wage + Bonus & Commission ($25,000 - $40,000 annually) Responsibilities include: ? Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, direct mail, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals and other targeted lists, etc. ? Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services. ? Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. ? Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. ? Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help educate customers about their risk management, banking & financial service options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals ? Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. My Training Program Includes: ? Licensing Assistance ? Paid Virtual training with experienced representatives ? Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes ? Learning to market property/casualty insurance products ? Setting sales and growth goals ?
